Who We Are

A therapeutic space
built around you,
‍
not the other way around.

"Therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood. That is not a nice-to-have. At this clinic, it is the foundation everything else is built on."

Care without

translation.

Support that understands your world before the first session begins.
Culturally, linguistically, and as a whole person.

What We Stand For

The values that shape every session we offer.

These are not marketing statements. They are the principles that inform how we work, how we communicate, and how we show up for every person who walks through our door.

01

You are believed

Whatever you share, however you share it, you will be met with belief and without judgment. Full stop.

02

Culture is not a footnote

Your cultural background shapes how you experience the world. We treat it as central to the work, not a side note.

03

Your pace, always

There is no rushing here. Therapy unfolds at the speed your nervous system can handle, and not a moment faster.

04

Warmth and rigour together

Being kind and being clinically excellent are not in tension. We hold both with equal care in every session.

05

Access should not be a barrier

We work with ICBC and CVAP funding so that cost is not the reason someone goes without the support they need.

06

Lived understanding matters

Understanding a community academically is different from understanding it from the inside. We bring both.

If any of this sounds familiar, you are in the right place.

People come to Aasra Wellness for many different reasons. Sometimes there is one clear thing. More often it is a collection of feelings, patterns or experiences that are harder to name.
